Inside Sales Account Manager

INW Solutions is growing our sales organization and is seeking unique individuals Inside Sales Account Manager in Virginia Beach. The Inside Sales Account Manager will assist the sales team to meet and surpass goals by executing lead generation, providing support and building relationships with clients and account managers.

INW Solutions is systems integration partner focused on providing technology solutions to achieve business outcomes.  You will work with a team of amazing people to gain knowledge about the products and services we sell and build tactical skills with our internal and external systems.  This is an extremely important role in the organization to help ensure an outstanding customer experience and help INW acquire and retain customers.

The Inside Sales Account Manager is an independent, motivated and organized person.  it is important that candidates have a strong understanding of the business model to ensure ultimate success.

Essential Functions

  • Work effectively with the Sales Team and Management to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Work closely with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure highest quality customer experience
  • Follow processes to ensure efficiency and continuity
  • Develop a general understanding of INW’s products and services portfolio, primarily focused on Cisco and Meraki solutions
  • Develop an overall understanding of prospective clients’ business challenges and opportunities
  • Provide outstanding communication, both written and verbal, to ensure continued success and development of client relationships

Responsibilities

  • Demand generation
    • Call upon prospective clients to uncover new opportunities
    • Execute marketing/demand generation plan
  • Opportunity Management
    • Keep all data updated with within CRM application
    • Register deals with vendors
  • Client / Vendor Interaction
    • Answer emails and calls from clients, add to task list if outstanding
    • Send reports and information to clients as directed by Account Manager
    • Schedule meetings, calendar invites, and WebEx meeting information
    • Participate and attend meetings as requested by Account Manager or Management
  • Quoting / Ordering
    • Utilize Programs and Promotions to get INW / Client best price
    • Help manage, track and follow-up on action items from meetings

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • Working knowledge of the most current technologies and products used in the industry
  • Experience working with CRM applications, Microsoft Office Suite and web-based portals

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Previous Inside/Outside sales experience
  • Previous experience working for a Value-Added-Reseller and/or in the Technology industry
